IMPORTANT NOTICE

Please DO NOT book an appointment or attend the surgery if you have visited mainland China, Hong Kong, Japan, Macau, Malaysia, Republic of Korea, Singapore, Taiwan, Thailand, Cambodia or Vietnam and are experiencing symptoms of cough, fever or shortness of breath within 2 weeks of returning. if you are experiencing these symptoms and have had contact with someone with a confirmed case of Coronavirus. You MUST call 111 for further advice . Thank You

Repeat Prescriptions               

We endeavour to process all repeat prescriptions within 48 hours i.e. two working days and 72 hours, three working days, following bank holiday periods.

Prescriptions that need to be reauthorised or require changes to be made may take up to four days to be processed.

All repeat prescriptions are regularly reviewed so after a period of time the doctor will invite you to attend an appointment for a 'medication review'.

Please tick only the items you require on your computer slip and requests can be made in the following ways:

Hand delivery or post

Bring you repeat prescription slip to the surgery and place in the black box marked "Prescriptions" or send it to us using the postal service.

Home delivery service from your local chemist

This service is offered by your local pharmacist. Once you have registered with them you can request your medication by telephone and it will be ready for collection by yourself or delivered to your home.
