Friends and Family Test
With effect from 1st December 2014 every GP Practice must give patients the opportunity to answer a specific question relating to how likely they would be to recommend the practice to friends and family. The results from the test will give a measure of patient satisfaction within the practice. The outcomes of the survey are sent to NHS England on a monthly basis.
We also ask a second question allowing you to free text - this information is not collated centrally but can be used to improve services wherever possible. All responses are anonymous and you can choose not to have any comments you make published.
Patients and carers are free to complete this (or not) whenever they want either on line or on cards available in the reception area once the card is completed it can be dropped into the Friends and Family Box which is located in the waiting room.
