Care Quality Commission Report

Care Quality Commission (CQC) Report 2016

The CQC conducted an announced comprehensive inspection of the Practice on 23 November 2016.  A report was produced describing their judgement of the quality of care provided by the Practice based on a combination of what they found when they inspected, information from their ongoing monitoring data about services, information given to them by the Practice, patients, the public and other organisations.

We are pleased and proud to report that overall the Practice was rated as GOOD. The Practice was rated as good in each of the following five questions the CQC ask of services:

  • Are services safe?
  • Are services effective?
  • Are services caring?
  • Are services responsive to people's needs?
  • Are services well-led?
