Making an Appointment    

Appointments can be made in person, by telephone or online.

We will endeavour to offer you an appointment with the doctor of your choice, however, in the case of urgent appointments you will be offer an appointment with first available doctor.

If you unable to attend your appointment, please let us know in good time to allow us opportunitry of offering the appointment to another patient. 

If you require advice our trained medical reception staff will be able to assist you or direct you to the appropriate person. Please give them a brief explanation of  your requirements.

Routine Appointments

Are bookable up to four weeks in advance, are of 10 minutes duration and  for one person only.

Urgent  Appointments

Are bookable ON THE DAY and the doctor will ONLY discuss the urgent problem on that day.

The doctors have requested that the medial receptionist asks for information regarding the appointment request.  All patients have the right not to give further information if they so wish.   

Cancelling an Appointment

This can be done by telephoning the practice berween 8.00 am - 6.00 pm Monday to Friday on 0161 475 1600. You can also text the to cancel your appointment via the 'appointment reminder text' which is sent to you.
