The practice's late night surgery will change from Monday to a Tuesday evening effective from 1 September 2018.

Family Planning

We offer contraceptive care and advice, including pill checks,  fitting IUDs (coils) and implants. Emergency contraception (morning after pill) please ask the reception for an urgent appointment. If you would like to discuss an IUD or implant please make an appointment to see Dr Maguire or Dr Gormley.

Antenatal Care

Friday 8.45 am - 2.00 pm
When you first learn you are pregnant you are able to acccess a midwife directly through the practice.  You will be given a ‘booking appointment’ at which the midwife will ask you a few questions and carry out some general health checks. The midwife will provide you with information to help you make your choices regarding screening tests on offer to you. You will be seen regularly throughout your pregnancy either at the practice or at the hospital of your choice, or both.

Child Health and Immunisations

Tuesday 9.30 am - 12 noon (Appointments are also available outside of these times)

Minor Surgery

Wednesday 09.00 - 12 noon (monthly)

We offer a range of procedures including joint injections, skin excisions, in-growing toe nail removal, etc, which can be done at the surgery. Please discuss this with your doctor who will refer you to Dr Marshall.

All other service can be undertaken by the Practice Nurses or Healthcare Assistant - please book an appointment informing the medical receptionist which type of appointment that you require.

Health Promotion

We are keen to try and promote good health and would like to invite any patients who have not been seen within the last 3 years to attend for a health check. Please make an appointment with the practice nurse.
